What is the real range on a single charge, and how long does charging take?
In everyday delivery use you can expect roughly 60 to 110 km per charge, depending on your speed, the load you carry, the terrain and the weather. A full charge takes about 6 to 8 hours, and because the 60 V 35 Ah battery is removable, you can simply carry it up to your flat and charge it overnight, then start each shift with a full pack.
Do I need a driving licence to ride it?
The bike has pedals and ships in an EU-limited mode capped at 25 km/h, which classifies it as an ordinary bicycle that needs no licence and no registration. The motor is capable of much higher speeds, but unlocking that performance is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility, so please ride within the rules that apply where you work.
What exactly is included in the weekly rental price?
Rental starts from around 400 zł per week and covers the bike itself, full servicing and repairs, roadside assistance if something goes wrong on a shift, and ongoing support whenever you need it. There are no hidden fees: the price you see is the price you pay, so you can budget your earnings from Wolt, Glovo or Bolt Food with confidence.
Can I eventually buy the bike instead of renting forever?
Yes. We offer a buy-out option where part of every rental payment counts toward the purchase price. This means the money you already spend riding for a living is not lost, and over time you can move from renting to owning the bike outright.
What documents do I need to rent, and can newcomers to Poland qualify?
Newcomers are welcome. In practice you will be asked for an identity document and proof that you are legally settled here, such as a Karta Pobytu and a PESEL number, plus working contact details. If you are already delivering for an app or about to start, you are exactly the kind of rider this service is built for.
Will the bike cope with a Polish winter?
It is built for year-round work. The fat off-road tyres give you grip on wet and slushy streets, dual hydraulic suspension front and rear smooths out potholes and tram tracks, and hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels keep stopping reliable in the cold and rain. Expect somewhat shorter range in freezing weather, which is normal for any electric battery, so charge fully before long winter shifts.
What happens if the bike breaks down in the middle of a shift?
Roadside help and full repairs are part of the deal, so you are never left stranded with an order on the rack. Contact support, and we sort out the fault for you. You focus on your deliveries across Warsaw, Kraków or Wrocław, and we keep the bike running.
How heavy a load can the bike carry for big delivery orders?
The maximum load is 180 kg, which comfortably covers your own weight plus a full delivery bag and a bulky grocery order. With a 2000 W peak motor and 200 N·m of torque, it pulls away from lights without strain even when the rack is loaded, so larger Glovo or Stuart jobs are no problem.
