Do I need a driver's licence for an e-bike?
No. In Poland e-bikes up to 250 W aren't classified as motor vehicles — no licence, no registration, no mandatory insurance.
How does the rental process look?
Drop a request through the form or call us. We agree on a time, you come to the office, sign the contract on the spot, grab the keys and ride out the same shift.
Which documents should I bring?
Just your passport. Karta pobytu or a work visa is a plus but not a blocker at the very start. We handle the rest ourselves.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The amount is set before you sign anything. You get the full sum back the moment you hand the bike over without new damage.
What's the range of a single battery?
Around 50–80 km per charge depending on the model, the load and how hard you pedal. For a full shift we usually recommend taking a second battery in the kit.
What exactly is included in the price?
The bike, the charger, scheduled checkups, repairs in our own workshop (outside accident damage) and a backup bike while yours is on the bench.
What's the minimum rental term?
One week. That's the base billing unit. From there extend as long as you want — months, a whole season, or right up to buyout.
What if something breaks on the road?
Don't try to fix it yourself — call us first. We'll figure out if it's a warranty case, swap the bike for another one from the fleet if needed, and take yours to the mechanic.
