How do I charge two batteries?

Each battery charges from a standard household socket, and you can charge them one after another overnight or swap in a spare so the bike is always ready for the next shift.

What exactly is included in the weekly rental?

Your weekly fee covers the bike, full servicing and repairs, roadside assistance and ongoing support, with no hidden fees added later.

Can I eventually buy the bike?

Yes, a buy-out option is available and part of the rent you have already paid is counted toward the final purchase price.

What documents do I need to rent?

As a newcomer you will generally need your Karta Pobytu and PESEL along with the details required to register on a delivery app such as Wolt, Glovo or Uber Eats.

Can I use the same bike across different delivery apps?

Absolutely — the bike is yours to use, so you can deliver for Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food, Uber Eats or Stuart and switch between them whenever it suits your schedule.

What happens if the bike breaks down mid-shift?

Roadside help is part of your rental, so if something fails you can contact support to arrange a repair or replacement and get back to delivering quickly.
