Frequently asked questions about the Funbike E-Power 6.0
What's the real-world range?
The official figure is up to 110 km. In practice, with moderate assist and a courier bag, expect 70–90 km. At -5 °C the range drops to 50–60 km — normal behaviour for any lithium-ion pack.
How long does charging take?
About 6–8 hours from a 220 V socket. The charger is included and the battery is removable — we hand over the lock key with the bike.
What are the modes and the top speed?
Six levels of electric assist plus a Walk-Assist mode. EU standard limits the assisted speed to 25 km/h. Unlocking to 35 km/h for private use is available on request — the rider is responsible for road-traffic compliance.
Will it climb with a delivery bag?
Yes. 45 Nm of torque plus a Shimano Altus 3×8 drivetrain handle a typical city gradient up to 8% smoothly, even with a Wolt cube on your back. For steeper hills choose the Kross Soil Boost e-MTB (85 Nm).
How does it cope with Polish road surfaces?
The SunTour XCT fork has 100 mm of travel with a lockout dial — usable on cobbles, lockable on smooth tarmac. The 29" wheels with WANDA 2.1" tyres stay confident on tram tracks and potholes.
What's included in maintenance?
Routine servicing, brake-pad swaps, brake adjustment and drivetrain tuning are on us. You pay only the rental fee; crash damage and fork repairs are billed separately.
Is buy-out available?
Yes — 12 or 24-month plans where part of the rental payments is credited toward the buy-out price. A manager will calculate the terms tailored to your shift schedule.
What else comes with the bike?
A helmet, the battery key, a U-lock and a short display manual. A courier rack is optional — fitted free of charge.
