How do I rent a scooter?
Leave a request on the website or call us — a manager will confirm the details and book a meeting at the office. We handle papers and the deposit on site.
What documents do I need?
Passport and a driving licence of the right category. A work visa or karta pobytu speeds things up but is not strictly required at the very start.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. The deposit is fixed and refunded in full once you return the scooter in the same condition you got it in.
What's included in the rental price?
The scooter itself, insurance, scheduled maintenance, free repairs (except accident damage) and a loaner vehicle while yours is in the shop.
What's the minimum rental period?
One week. A week is the base billing period — extend it for as long as you need afterwards.
Can I buy the scooter later?
Most models come with a buyout option. Part of your rental payments counts toward the price — we agree on the details individually.
What if the scooter breaks down?
Call support — we'll assess the situation. If it's not your fault, the repair is free in our own workshop, and we hand you a loaner for the meantime.
Scooter feels too much? Try an e-bike
No licence, no OC, no registration — an e-bike is the easy entry point. Great for shorter city routes. Same crew, same service standard, just on two pedalled wheels.
