Owners' common questions
How much will I get per month?
It depends on the bike model, condition, battery and city. At the meeting we show a calculation for your exact e-bike: the rate we can hold with the courier and the amount you receive after our commission.
What if the bike breaks down or gets damaged?
Small repairs and parts (pads, tubes, chain) are on us. If a courier damages the bike, compensation comes from their deposit and earnings under an estimate agreed with you. We never start major repairs without your approval.
What if the bike gets stolen?
The courier signs liability for the bike and the battery. We recommend taking out insurance right away — we will help you choose one, and its cost can be built into the overall calculation.
Do I need to speak Polish or have a company?
No. You stay the owner of the bike — we handle the paperwork, the courier and the platforms. The contract is simple, and we walk you through every point in a language you understand.
Which bike qualifies?
Any working e-bike with a healthy battery and brakes. Models with a rack and a strong battery work best — Engwe, Lankeleisi, Bezior, Samebike and similar. At the meeting we tell you honestly whether we can take yours.
How long is the contract and can I take the bike back earlier?
We usually work in monthly cycles. You can take the bike back at any time — just let us know 7 days ahead so we can move the courier to another vehicle and close the settlement.
